Iterative Release Method
Following an Iteration Planning Meeting that's Tailored for Remote Sites, at most of our projects we've found that a planning meeting at the beginning of each iteration that involves the whole team really helps to get everyone coordinated on the next project. A variation of the Iteration Planning Meeting (IPM) to suit the local circumstances is an important part of agile processes.
